3. Informational Estimates Only — No Official Guarantee

All figures produced by the Site's calculators are estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute an official electricity bill, financial advice, or a guarantee of any amount payable to any electricity board. 4. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or systematically republish the Site's content or tariff data at scale without permission
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
• Use the Site to build a directly competing product using copied text, layout, or code
• Misrepresent estimates generated by the Site as official DISCOM figures

5. Intellectual Property

The design, code, calculator algorithms, compiled tariff databases, and original written content of the Site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. DISCOM and state logos, names, and marks remain the property of their respective holders and are used strictly for identification.
