🔑 You'll need your K Number for everything below

JVVNL identifies every connection with a 12-digit K Number (Khata Number) — printed at the top of your bill. It's the equivalent of what other DISCOMs call a "Consumer ID" or "CA Number." Keep it handy before you start any of the steps below.

1. How to Pay Your JVVNL Bill Online

  1. Open the JVVNL / Jaipur Discom portal or the Bijli Mitra quick-pay page, or open a BBPS-enabled UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm).
  2. Search for "JVVNL" or "Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam" under the Electricity bills section, if paying via a UPI app.
  3. Enter your 12-digit K Number exactly as printed on your bill.
  4. Verify the fetched details — consumer name, billing period, and due amount — match your physical bill before paying.
  5. Pay via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking and save the digital receipt.

2. How to Download or Get a Duplicate JVVNL Bill

A downloaded PDF is your duplicate bill — JVVNL doesn't issue a separate "duplicate bill" document online, it simply lets you re-download any past bill using your K Number.

  1. Log in to the JVVNL self-service portal with your K Number, or use the Rajasthan e-Mitra portal (emitra.rajasthan.gov.in) which lets you fetch your current bill without registering.
  2. Open "Bill History" or "Payment History."
  3. Click the download/PDF icon next to the billing month you need.
  4. If an older bill isn't showing online, visit your nearest JVVNL Sub-Division office or an e-Mitra kiosk with your K Number for a certified printed duplicate.

3. How to Check Your JVVNL Bill Status (Paid / Pending)

Enter your K Number on the JVVNL portal or Bijli Mitra page and open "Bill Status" or "Payment History." It shows whether your latest bill is Paid or Pending, the due date, and the payment method used for past bills.

If you paid but the status still shows Pending after a few hours, check your UPI app or bank statement for the transaction reference number (UTR) before paying again — most payments settle within 2–4 hours, though bank transfers can take up to 24–48 hours to reflect.

4. How to Change Your Registered Mobile Number in JVVNL

The most reliable method is offline: visit your nearest JVVNL Sub-Division office with your K Number, a photocopy of your Aadhaar card, and your last paid bill, and submit a mobile-number-update request — this is usually processed the same day. Some consumers can also raise this request online through the "Consumer Services" section of the JVVNL portal or by calling the helpline, though the in-person route is more consistently reliable across sub-divisions.

Call the JVVNL toll-free helpline at 1800-180-6507, or the national DISCOM helpline 1912, for billing disputes, meter faults, or to report a power outage. Keep your K Number ready when you call so the executive can pull up your connection details immediately.
